Gus and Lina Ocamposilva are a talented husband and wife duo, renowned sculptors who have earned immense respect across the U.S.A. As self-taught metal artists, they have spent the last 18 years honing their craft together.
Gus expertly wields the welding torch while Lina skillfully cuts the metal sheets, and sometimes they switch roles.
Their shared passion for art drives them to install stunning metal sculptures around the world. Gus's background includes mural courses at the Massana School in Barcelona and painting studies at Barcelona University Spain (1992-1995).
During Spring of 2013 they were invited by the City of New York to exhibit three of their 13ft (Dancers of the Wind) sculptures designed to be placed along the East River Park Promenade in Manhattan.
Gus and Lina have been recognized for their impressive contributions to public art, with several permanent projects commissioned in major cities like New York, Chicago, Las Vegas, Washington, D.C., Atlanta, Miami. Among Others.
Their work has also been showcased in numerous juried outdoor exhibitions across states such as Florida, Mississippi, Tennessee, California, South Dakota, Colorado, and more. This extensive experience has established them as prominent sculptors within the American public art market. Their passion and dedication continue to inspire communities across the nation.
The captivating world of sculptures crafted from durable aluminum that exude a soft and elegance. Each piece features unique bend forms, incorporating tubes and exposed bolts that showcase a distinctive character. With vibrant colors, thoughtfully designed empty spaces, and a perfect sense of balance, these sculptures redefine modern artistry.

Forms appear and pervade on the surface on all their metal sculptures showing poignancy and verb in all their art works that become an abstraction of the figurative forms. They want to show in all their works their passion for live and nature.
